Fly Away

Hello again... time for sneak peek number two for my October PaperArtsy projects.  If you missed the journalling pages from yesterday, you can catch up with them here.

This one takes us back to neutrals - I seem to veer wildly from full-on colour to naked neutrals in my crafting!

It would be lovely if you had time to hop over to PaperArtsy to check it out, so I won't keep you hanging around here any longer... happy crafting all!

“The Guide says there is an art to flying", said Ford, "or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.”

Wonderfully tactile Alison and the touches of sepia against the soft neutrals really make the whole piece come to life.

Another wow project, I so need to have a go at the buttons. The whole project is absolutely stunning. I have to tell you this, when I was reading it over on the paperartsy Blog, I had to look twice, I actually read past it then went back. You was saying about the holes in the buttons and using a TH pin, and also mentioned using them for your nozzles. Well I read on and thought ouch why would she use them for her nose!!!! The kids and I when they have a cold I call the snozzles, I had just said to my daughter ' you have a really bad blocked snozzle' then read your post!!!! Lol. Hugs :-) Kezzy xxxxxx
