The Changing of the Seasons

Hi all, as promised when I first showed you Darcy's new stamps for PaperArtsy, you can now check out one of my favourite makes over on the PaperArtsy blog.

When I started out, I only intended to make one tag but, as you'll see, it's one of those projects that had a mind of its own!

If you've time to hop over to PaperArtsy and take a look, that would be lovely.... and have a great weekend everyone.  I hope you get to spend some time doing whatever it is that brings you joy.  I hope to do some catching up in Craftyblogland, which always works for me!

Spring passes and one remembers one's innocence.
Summer passes and one remembers one's exuberance.
Autumn passes and one remembers one's reverence.
Winter passes and one remembers one's perseverance.
Yoko Ono

If you don't mind travelling to see it, I'd love to enter this over at Country View Challenges where the theme is Painty Pleasures - and all of this is pure Fresco paint - and was certainly a pleasure!

Been over there and drooled! An exceptional array of the seasons. We have a family tradition of changing a picture in the hallway to correspond to the seasons. There's a song my father sings/hums each time too. He makes up the words each time so no one else really knows what he's saying..lol.
Beautiful job on this tag project. :)
hugs and happy weekend!

I just popped over from PA to say how lovely these tags look. Darcy's tree is so magical and your use of colour, crackle and fantastic attention to detail has really brought that magic to life. Julie Ann xxx

All four are beautiful, nice to see all the seasons. I'm beginning to love that stamp with the little blooms. How ingenious to turn it upside down for grass! Great crackle, too.

Alison, whenever you swing by and say that you like something of mine - I get up and do such an exuberant happy dance! I am always so in awe of your work and talent so when you say something nice about mine it's like I have won the lottery but HEAPS better. Thank you for stopping by today. I am glad that you decided to make more than one tag - I am in love with your crackle technique - no one manages to get it down quite as awesome as you, and the stamps are just too cute!
