I'm travelling into a new way of working, a new country, a new language, and a new hobby which I'm passionate about. Come with me for some of the journey...

WOYWW 185

Hello, hello - very quickly... here's What's On My Workdesk this Wednesday.  I missed last week, and couldn't bear to miss two in a row, but I'm afraid the photo's very blurry - no light at all today.

To go for a nose round the crafting desks of the world, hop over to the Stamping Ground where the generous Julia Dunnit hosts the best weekly blog hop of all...

What do we have?  The makings of a card using a Nicecrane Design image on printable canvas; some more Nicecrane gift tags made on playing cards in the background; a wood-mounted Father Christmas stamp which I got for £1 in The Range; and all sorts of other mess!

Hope to be back later today with the finished card (it is finished, but no time to post just at the moment)...  UPDATE - finally it's posted!

For now, a happy WOYWW to you, and since it's the last one before the big day, I'd also like to take the chance to wish you all a peaceful and joyous festive season!

That's looking very festively crafty. We need a visit to the range, but our lift person won't go near until after the festive rush, as it's near the main shopping madness in town.

Oh my, Alison, you must be a very grown-up and responsible girl indeed. My people won't let me play with those lethal weapons! Maybe when I grow up I can, because such wonderful creations are made from them!

Thanks for stopping by the Playhouse! All the best to you for a Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year!! Darnell #32

Eagerly await see the card completed Alison, I know it will be so special.
Slightly in awe of the fabulous area you have to create in (where all the magic happens).

I got an email entitled 'Words and Pictures -WOYWW 185'..."WHAT!!! How did I miss that!" I totally forgot about it this week - broken toe, hospital appt, wrapping presents, visitors, shopping plans...and the list goes on... it all totally wiped WOYWW from my head. I'll leave it this week (I am ashamed to say I haven't even got through all replies from last week) Happy WOYWW!!! xxxxxxxxx
