Hi all, a double heads-up today...
Firstly, there's a new creation over at Artistic Outpost that you won't have seen before, so I'd love it if you have a chance to hop over and take a look.
Next, if you're a Curious George or a Nosy Nora you might enjoy seeing me On the Spot over at Our Creative Corner today.
We're celebrating a year of the new-look Our Creative Corner by putting the members of the Design Team in front of the firing line... well, okay, it's just a few questions and answers, but you know what I mean.
Hop over there to find my answers to posers like: What one thing have you not done that you would really like to do? Generally, I'd rather talk about crafting than myself, so this is a one-time only opportunity!
And don't hold me to the answers - I reserve the right to change as the journey continues!
Questions are never indiscreet. Answers sometimes are.

ReplyDeleteI loved reading your Q and A post on OCC and I learned a lot about you. :) Shakespeare really did give us some wonderful words and sayings and I can see why you love working with them so much. I'm intrigued by the sneak peek so off to see what those spoons are all about. Guess I'm going to have to round up spoons now lol. Have a wonderful day Alison! xx
ReplyDeleteGlad I popped over, not spoons at all but certainly looked like it at first glance. Another fab project! xx
ReplyDeleteWell, trying to catch up a bit on your blog Alison as I've already missed several posts, I'm sorry.. Just admired your wonderful hanger-tag, what a great idea to add these stenciled little tags like that, the result with this lovely image is absolutely gorgeous. I'm off reading your interview now! :) Hope all things are going on well at a good pace at your side... Hugs, Coco xx
ReplyDeleteGirl - you never cease to amaze, amuse and delight me....this is just pure creative.....love
ReplyDeleteWow I really love your hanging/tag, the vintage pink goes so well with the image and the embellishments sprayed are amazing, especially with the hint of rusty orange. Really love the stencil you used on the little tags. Really really loved your answers to those unique questions, I think I feel the same, I'm not sure I would bring anybody back to the 21st century lol. Shakespeare would be very interesting to meet, I have studied him when I was younger, and acted out on stage Midsummer Nights Dream. His words are difficult at first but I remember while learning the script how his words reel you in, when you really read and listen to them, there's something so sensual about them. Yep I have never said that word in the theatre but I have to admit the whistling is new to me. I must ask my sister who still is in the theatre life or my partner who unlike me has worked professional as lighting/electrical. I bet he knew lol. Eeeek better go you will think I'm writing an essay lol :-) Kezzy xxx
