All Wrapped Up
Hello all... No, I'm afraid that's a little white lie - I don't have Christmas all wrapped up just yet!
But over at Artistic Outpost today you can see some of last year's gift-wrapping - done very simply, with natural ingredients.
And again - a very quick thing to do... it's important to me at Christmas that things don't take hours of time!!
By the way, thank you so much for your comments on the journalling pages - they made my heart sing!
Books make great gifts because they have whole worlds inside of them. And it's much cheaper to buy somebody a book than it is to buy them the whole world!

ReplyDeletePretty wrapping does it for me every single time, it is knowing the love and care (even if it is simple) that someone has thought to go that extra mile.

Alison...your Christmas gifts are stunning. I agree with Kelly, I love to see the simple, vintage style of yesteryear under the tree. The ideas on AO's website are beautiful. I am such a huge fan of your work though....your things are always my favorite. :) In my mind, you seem to have found that perfect combination of colors, dimension, texture and amazing originality to make all of your projects so inspiring to see and read your process in creating each one. <3 Candy
